Prices
At Thomas Kolding, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and shipping, We reserve
the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-
out works.

Payment
Thomas Kolding accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard,
MobilePay, Bank transfer, Stripe. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT We reserve
the right to price errors and sold-out/discontinued works.

Delivery
We ship to all of Denmark – EU and Overseas. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address
specified in the order.

Thomas Kolding sends goods with the following: Collection, GLS – Business, GLS – Private, GLS
– Parcel Shop, PostNord – Private, PostNord – Business, DHL.

It is the customer’s responsibility for any import tax (including customs duty).

You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our
warehouse to your home.

Thomas Kolding aims to ship orders placed before 17:00 on the same day, orders are then sent
the next working day.

Works cannot be delivered without the buyer's simultaneous receipt for receipt – i.e. the buyer must
be present at the time of receipt.

Right of complaint
The buyer is encouraged to immediately after unpacking the received work, examine it thoroughly
for any damage – including transport damage – and let the seller know this.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to Thomas Kolding after 8 days from
receipt of the work. The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the
work.

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise
agreed or stated in your order. The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You must return the shipment within 14 days of cancellation. You bear the return costs yourself.
You must use the original packaging.The notice must be given by mail at art@thomaskolding.com.

In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you wish to return the item to us, you must complete the attached return slip and send the item

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear
notice of this. We withhold the refund until we have received the work back.

Right of complaint

Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.

In the event of a decline in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase
amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, payment received from you will be refunded without undue
delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to
exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used
for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.

We withhold the refund until we have received the work back.

Return
Condition of the work upon return:

You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the work which is due to handling other than what
is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the work. This means that you must treat the work in the same way as if you shopped in a physical gallery – i.e. have the work
standing against a wall, lying on a table or – as usual – hanging on a wall.

If the work has been processed in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of
diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of
the purchase amount back. It is up to Thomas Kolding to assess the condition of the work. We
withhold the refund until we have received the work back.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to
be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the
